Amsterdam gay pride was crazy...

A few weeks ago I ventured into Amsterdam center towards Waterlooplein Market with my housemates and just WOW. I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be ace, the streets were crammed with every breed of human possible dressed in a rainbow of colours, drinking and dancing in the pouring rain.

A parade of boats blasting out house and techno beats made their way through the city's canal network with everyone cheering and squealing along the sidelines.

All the bars in the area joined the party as well as a host of DJ's creating street parties along the way. If you are ever in or near Amsterdam around the end of July in the future, I fully recommend seeing what gay pride is all about as well as becoming plagued by the music and party vibe Amsterdam has to offer.
